Main Event in Pharr, TX is seeking a Bowl Attendant to welcome Guests, guide them through activities, and help ensure a FUN and safe bowling experience. You’ll be energetic, helpful, and knowledgeable, using various systems to assist guests and handle lane setup, shoe sizing, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, promoting activities, troubleshooting lane issues, processing payments, and keeping the Bowl Desk and lanes clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and positive attitude.
• Teamwork is essential and you must communicate effectively with guests and teammates.
• Ability to learn and use multiple systems that support the business.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet Guests and act as ambassador of FUN.
• Promote activities based on guest needs and availability.
• Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes and maintain shoe organization.
• Escort Guests to lanes and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensure bowling safety standards are followed.
• Process payments and re-engage Guests on return visits.
• Keep Bowl Desk and lanes clean and organized; perform side duties.
