Main Event in California is seeking a friendly Bowl Attendant to welcome guests, assist with lane setup, and guide them through our activities with high energy. You will help ensure a safe, fun, and memorable bowling experience.

In this role you’ll maintain cleanliness, troubleshoot lane issues, manage shoe returns, and help guests choose the right balls. Strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to learn multiple systems are essential.

• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcome and engage with all guests while being a FUN ambassador!
• Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest’s needs and activity availability
• Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
• Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
• Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane setup and ball selection
• Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; completing side duties
