Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Auburn, AL is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and ring up sales at the counter. You will operate our POS and central panel, assist guests with basic bowling guidance, coordinate lanes and equipment, and communicate with mechanics about malfunctions.

Evening and night shifts available; part-time hours. Prior hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus; excellent phone etiquette and a positive

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Promptly notify our mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
