Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with coaching and monitoring of the athletic program for the assigned sport.
• Attend all practices and meets.
• Demonstrate a willingness to support the school’s mission, entire program, and core values (respect, responsibility, integrity, and brotherhood) through personal example, actions, and attitude.
• Assist the head coach with ensuring that scholar athletes adhere to eligibility rules, grade requirements and rules of behavior.
• Cultivate and consistently maintain positive relationships with scholars and members of the CFS community.
• Promote self-discipline and responsible decision-making among the scholars.
• Assist the head coach with ensuring the continual supervision of scholar athletes during practice, workouts, and in the locker room.
