Job summary

Church Farm School in Exton, PA is seeking an Assistant Coach for Track & Field: Throwing to support the head coach in developing a competitive throwing program. The role emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and safe practice as part of our athletic mission.

The ideal candidate will have experience with shot put, discus, or javelin at youth, high school, or college levels, plus a valid driver's license and strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a stipend position.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive nine-passenger vans.
• Experience coaching or competing in throwing events (shot put, discus, javelin).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with coaching and monitoring of the athletic program.
• Attend all practices and games and promote school values.
• Support eligibility rules, grade requirements, and behavior expectations.
• Foster positive relationships with scholars and the CFS community.
