The Talent Shop is seeking a General Manager for a boutique wellness studio in Maryland. The role focuses on sales and business development with a high‑touch client experience, while overseeing front desk operations and staff interactions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with ownership. Compensation includes base salary and performance incentives.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in membership sales or business development.
• Strong rapport-building and communication skills with discerning clients.
• Experience leading a team and coaching sales staff.

Responsabilidades

• Drive membership sales through a consistent, educated sales process.
• Generate new leads via community partnerships, grassroots outreach, and events.
• Hire, train and coach the team, maintain accountability and high service standards.
• Manage daily studio operations, staff scheduling, and appointment utilization.
• Build member relationships to support retention and resolve issues with empathy.
• Track sales and results; identify opportunities for improvement with leadership.
