Responsibilities

• Focuses on Wedding and Catering Markets.
• Learn the hotel brand and sales strategy.
• Drive customer loyalty to grow share of the account.
• Identify and solicit new accounts through telemarketing, appointments, tours, and calls.
• Provide advice to clients on facilities and services for groups.
• Negotiate food and beverage, function space, room rates, and services to meet revenue goals.
• Achieve all predetermined sales goals for revenue and activity.
• Negotiate contracts according to company standards.
• Document solicitation, closing, and customer communications.
• Conduct tours of the hotel and banquet facilities; entertain qualified clients.
• Provide prompt responses to RFPs and information requests.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and monitor competitors.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports as directed by DOS/GM.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
