Job summary

Nfluence Partners in San Francisco seeks an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) team. The role focuses on building financial models, valuation analyses, and supporting live M&A and capital raising transactions.

You will draft marketing materials, conduct market research, and coordinate with senior bankers on deal diligence and client deliverables.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior investment banking experience.
• Experience in Technology or TMT transactions.
• Strong analytical and valuation knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.
• Health care plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)

Responsibilities

• Build financial models, valuation analyses, and merger modeling.
• Draft sell-side and private placement memoranda.
• Conduct TMT market, industry, and company research.
• Support live deal execution and diligence processes.
• Assist with business development opportunities and conference prep.
• Coordinate discussions with senior team and clients.
