Q Advisors is actively seeking experienced Associates to support corporate finance transactions within Technology, Media, and Telecom. The Associate will play an integral role across all phases of deal execution and a broad range of transaction types, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and numerous other financial advisory mandates.

Qualifications

Three years or more of M&A advisory experience, including analyst or associate roles.
Strong financial modeling and accounting proficiency for deal work.
Superior verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to oversee Analysts.
Preferred exposure to PitchBook data and market research.

Responsabilités

Supports senior bankers in executing projects, including M&A, debt/equity financings, and advisory mandates.
Drafts pitch materials, information memorandums, management presentations, and financial analyses.
Performs valuation work, creates modeling frameworks, and conducts due diligence.
Oversees Analyst work for construction and prioritization of tasks.
Interacts with client senior executives and leads deal organization and diligence.
Assists in marketing Outreach with private equity firms, lenders, and strategic buyers.
