Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Advisory.
• Background from a Big 4 Corporate Finance / Advisory group preferred.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in media, entertainment, or TMT sectors.

Responsibilities

• Execute M&A and capital markets transactions from pitch through close.
• Build and own detailed financial models, including valuation analyses.
• Develop client presentations and marketing materials.
• Conduct in-depth industry and company research across Telecom / TMT.
• Partner closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal lifecycle.
