Job summary

Nfluence Partners' San Francisco office seeks an Investment Banking Analyst to join our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) team. You will build financial models, run valuation analyses, conduct market research, and assist with live M&A and capital formation transactions for technology-driven clients.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of investment banking experience, prior TMT deal exposure, and a Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior Investment Banking experience required—not including internships.
• Prior Technology or TMT transaction experience required.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skill set.
• Demonstrated understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, merger modeling, and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Build financial analyses including financial models, valuation analyses, and merger modeling.
• Draft marketing materials including sell-side memoranda and private placement memoranda.
• Conduct TMT industry, market, and company research.
• Support live deal execution, diligence processes, and client deliverables.
• Assist with business development initiatives, prospective client opportunities, and industry conference preparation.
• Coordinate discussions, analyses, and conclusions with senior team members and clients.

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) Investment Banking team in our San Francisco office. Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
