Nfluence Partners in San Francisco seeks an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) team. The role focuses on building financial models, valuation analyses, and supporting live M&A and capital raising transactions.

You will draft marketing materials, conduct market research, and coordinate with senior bankers on deal diligence and client deliverables.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) Investment Banking team in our San Francisco office. Responsibilities

• Build financial analyses including financial models, valuation analyses, and merger modeling
• Draft marketing materials including sell-side memoranda and private placement memoranda
• Conduct TMT industry, market, and company research
• Support live deal execution, diligence processes, and client deliverables
• Assist with business development initiatives, prospective client opportunities, and industry conference preparation
• Coordinate discussions, analyses, and conclusions with senior team members and clients

Requirements

• 1–2 years of prior Investment Banking experience required-not including internships
• Prior Technology or TMT transaction experience required
• Strong preference for candidates with middle market or boutique investment banking experience
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skill set
• Demonstrated understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, merger modeling, and accounting principles
• Experience supporting live M&A and/or capital raising transactions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
