Job summary

MNTSTUDIO in Burlingame, CA seeks an AGM to lead daily operations and sales-driven initiatives in a fast-paced studio. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional client experiences while guiding a high-performing team.

You will train Front Desk, recruit and onboard staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with the GM to elevate studio operations and community engagement. This full-time role offers a base salary plus commission and benefits after 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in operations or client-focused environments.
• Strong sales orientation with ability to coach a team toward targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with GM to ensure smooth studio performance.
• Sell memberships via follow-ups, calls, and relationship building.
• Coach Front Desk to convert leads and hit sales goals.
• Recruit and onboard new team members and support staffing.
• Mentor Community Manager and staff to foster culture.
• Oversee inventory and vendor relationships.
• Plan and execute community-building studio events.
