Job summary

MNTSTUDIO Burlingame, CA is seeking an AGM to oversee daily operations, lead sales, and elevate client experience in a fast-paced studio.

You’ll balance teaching 10 Reformer classes weekly with leadership duties, recruit and mentor staff, and ensure exceptional member service.

This role offers a base salary plus commission, full-time status, and benefits starting at 30 hours per week.

• Strong operational background and leadership skills.
• Experience in sales-led environment.
• Detail oriented and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations with GM and leadership.
• Lead sales, follow up on leads, and hit membership goals.
• Teach and balance teaching with leadership duties.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff and front desk.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships.
• Plan and execute community events.
