Job summary

Midtown Athletic Club in Palatine, IL seeks a Studio Manager to oversee the studio experience, equipment and AV systems, recruit and onboard instructors, and maintain the integrity of our boutique studio programs within the club.

You will lead a rock-star team, audit performances, develop staff, communicate across management, and drive member attendance while aligning with Midtown's brand and in-club boutique strategy.

Qualifications

• At least two years of group fitness experience.
• At least two years of management or leadership experience.
• Maintain at least one nationally recognized certification in Group Fitness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee studio experience, equipment and AV systems.
• Recruitment and onboarding of instructors.
• Audit and develop instructors and classes.
• Manage performance and development of instructors.
• Coordinate studio events and programming schedules.
• Monitor participation and stay ahead of industry trends.
