Club Pilates Kalamazoo is seeking a high-energy General Manager to own studio operations, drive sales, mentor instructors, and report to the regional manager. The role blends hospitality, fitness leadership, and local marketing to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management and sales experience in boutique fitness or premium hospitality.
• Ability to hit membership targets and train Sales Representatives.
• Manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Strong community engagement and local partnerships.
• Fluent in English with professional presence.
• Proficiency with ClubReady and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Sales & lead generation to schedule demos and close memberships.
• Marketing collaborations with corporate and local partners.
• Social media management across platforms.
• Hire, onboard, train, and supervise staff; manage scheduling.
• Oversee studio operations, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Inventory & vendor relations to stock retail.
