As the Store Manager, you will recruit and coach a high-performing team, build brand presence through local partnerships and store activations, and ensure brand standards in merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and daily

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience within boutique, premium, specialty or lifestyle retail.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficient with data and performance metrics.
• Flexible evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own the boutique’s daily performance, driving sales and profitability.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and optimize performance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Cultivate local partnerships and support brand initiatives.
• Ensure brand standards in merchandising, inventory, and operations.
• Monitor KPIs for growth, customer experience, and operations.
