Job summary

Leap Store Manager in Las Vegas leads the boutique to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results. You’ll manage daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and strengthen brand presence within the local market.

You’ll drive sales, develop talent, and ensure top-tier customer service while coordinating with nearby Leap stores for market initiatives. This role requires hands-on leadership, evenings/weekends, and a passion for premium retail excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience leading high-performing teams and delivering strong business results.
• Experience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
• Ensures the store consistently reflects brand standards through cleanliness, organization, product replenishment, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed.
• Ability to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to optimize performance and inspire exceptional selling behaviors.
• Champion an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying opportunities to grow the business within the local market.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Inspire the team to exceed customer expectations through authentic engagement, product expertise, and thoughtful service.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Support ongoing talent development by providing regular feedback, recognition, and growth opportunities.
• Build brand presence by cultivating local partnerships, supporting community events, and increasing brand awareness.
• Collaborate with neighboring Leap-powered stores and support market initiatives, including new store openings and in-store activations.
• Lead operational excellence through brand standards across visual merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and daily operations.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready environment that supports an exceptional shopping experience.
