Job summary

Leap seeks a Store Manager to lead our boutique in Los Angeles, driving sales, elevating the customer experience, and building a high-performing team.

You will own daily operations, partner with local communities, ensure brand standards, and work hands-on on the shop floor while leveraging Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience leading high-performing teams and delivering strong business results.
• Experience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
• Ensures the store consistently reflects brand standards through cleanliness, organization, product replenishment, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel as needed.
• Ability to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to optimize performance and inspire selling behaviors.
• Grow the business within the local market through an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience that builds lasting relationships and brand loyalty.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team with a culture of accountability.
• Build brand presence through local partnerships and events; support store openings and activations.
• Ensure brand standards across visual merchandising, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and operations.
