Qualificações

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience leading high‑performing teams and delivering strong business results.
• Experience within boutique, premium, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop high‑performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands‑on leadership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data‑informed decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving retail environment.
• Ensures the store consistently reflects brand standards through cleanliness, organization, product replenishment, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Experience with Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the daily performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing team while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Collaborate with local partnerships and initiatives to increase brand presence and support store openings or activations.
• Maintain brand standards across visual merchandising, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and daily operations.
