Lilly Pulitzer in Orlando is seeking a Store Manager to drive budgeted net sales and operating profit, lead a dynamic team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This full-time, salaried role requires 5+ years of retail or fashion leadership, a four-year degree preferred, strong relationship-building, and outstanding communication.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree is preferred, but not required.
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of ownership and responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore & Tulip a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and be on your feet during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed budgeted net sales and operating profit.
• Identify opportunities to increase traffic and enhance client experience.
• Plan and execute local events to drive incremental traffic and sales.
• Build meaningful client relationships through product knowledge and community events.
• Lead with Lilly Pulitzer Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.
• Oversee payroll and expenses, and delegate responsibilities to develop teams.
• Coach and develop associates to cultivate high-performing teams.
• Maintain store inventory integrity and align with Visual and Retail Operations standards.
