Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a Sales Associate to support in-store client service and contribute to daily operations at our Orlando, FL location. You will learn the Lilly Pulitzer brand, assist customers, drive sales, and maintain visual and store standards.

The role requires prior retail or client service experience, ability to stand and move around the store, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication with clients and team.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client service experience in fashion or retail.
• Stand and maneuver around the store during shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Effective communication with clients, colleagues and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore or Tulip is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clientele and support operational and sales needs.
• Understand the brand, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.
• Drive sales through exceptional service, product knowledge, and active listening.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and provide feedback to management.
• Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards.
