Bobbles & Lace Chicago is seeking a Store Director to lead our flagship boutique in Chicago, IL. This full-time, on-site leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, driving sales, and overseeing daily operations.

You will coach a high-energy team, manage hiring and scheduling, build community partnerships, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards. A passion for fashion and people leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing daily store operations and achieving sales goals.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and lead a high performing team.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple needs.
• Previous leadership experience preferred; passion for fashion helpful.

• Deliver a top tier client experience that is welcoming, knowledgeable, personalized, and memorable.
• Analyze business trends to identify opportunities to drive growth and maximize sales.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high performing team that exceeds sales goals and client service standards.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance management, and terminations.
• Create and manage schedules that support business needs and maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct regular one on one meetings, lead team meetings and training, and provide ongoing coaching.
• Build relationships within the local community through partnerships and events.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation; adjust merchandising to trends.
• Communicate store performance and opportunities for growth with ownership.
