• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals set by the company.
• Lead and inspire team members to support sales, styling, operations, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure seamless store operations, resolving challenges proactively and keeping all processes running smoothly.
• Lead and engage in ongoing training and development sessions focused on styling, merchandising, marketing, and customer experience.

• Support and lead store merchandising, marketing, social media efforts, display execution, and overall boutique upkeep in alignment with Bobbles & Lace brand standards

• Plan and coordinate in-store events to enhance client relationships and drive traffic
