Job summary

Leap seeks a Sales Supervisor to join our Franklin boutique, powered by the Leap Platform. You’ll be the Leader on Duty, partnering with store leadership to drive sales, daily operations, and an elevated in-store experience.

You’ll lead on the floor, coach teams, and ensure brand standards while delivering exceptional service and measurable results. This role is hourly and bonus eligible, with flexible retail hours.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in boutique, specialty, premium, or customer-focused retail environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills with the ability to build relationships, provide product expertise, and create memorable experiences.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide feedback, motivate others, and build positive team relationships.
• Oversees daily sales floor standards, including organization, replenishment, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
• Experience with retail technology, including Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and key performance metrics through active coaching and floor leadership.
• Monitor business performance and adjust priorities to maximise results.
• Reinforce product knowledge, storytelling, and selling techniques to elevate customer experiences.
• Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement and personalised service.
• Coach associates to deliver recommendations that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide coaching and recognition to develop a high-performing team, and onboard new members.
