Job summary

Leap in Franklin, TN is hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead our boutique team on the sales floor and drive an elevated customer experience. You will partner with store leadership to hit daily sales targets, coach staff, and ensure brand standards are upheld across merchandising and routines.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and delivering memorable experiences that convert visits into loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills with the ability to build relationships and create memorable experiences.
• Strong communication skills to provide feedback, motivate others.
• Oversees daily sales floor standards, including organization, replenishment, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
• Experience with retail technology (Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, Google Workspace) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and KPIs through coaching and floor leadership.
• Monitor business performance and adjust priorities to maximize results.
• Reinforce product knowledge, storytelling, and personalized selling techniques.
• Coach associates to deliver thoughtful recommendations and experiences that drive loyalty.
• Serve as Leader on Duty by overseeing daily store execution and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Execute brand standards across merchandising, inventory, shipments, and daily operations.
• Support store events, activations, and market initiatives as needed.
