Leap Inc in Franklin, TN is seeking a hands-on Sales Supervisor to lead our boutique team on the sales floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store performance.

As Leader on Duty, you’ll partner with the Store Manager to coach associates, maintain brand standards, manage daily operations, and support events and openings.

This role requires 1–3 years of retail leadership, flexible availability, and comfort with retail technology such as Shopify and Endear CRM.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead on the sales floor and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills with relationship building.
