Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Retail or boutique experience selling high-end goods; cultivated clientele preferred.
• Open scheduling including weekends and a seven-day retail operation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communications.
• Set the example for customer service excellence and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and visual standards.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects, including opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in special events and inventory activities as needed.
