Leap is opening a Kat The Label boutique in SOHO in October 2026 and is seeking a passionate Sales Associate who delivers exceptional service and builds meaningful client connections. The role focuses on authentic engagement, brand storytelling, and personalized product recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences.

You will support daily sales initiatives, maintain store standards, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience required.
• Strong communication skills to engage diverse clients.
• Ability to open/close procedures and keyholder duties.

Responsibilities
