Job summary

South Coast Plaza is seeking a Product Manager to act as a brand ambassador and business leader, driving performance of assigned product categories. You will coach the boutique sales team, manage assortment planning, and partner with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to deliver elevated client experiences and strong business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for the brand and client experience.
• Ability to work in-store to uphold boutique image and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach, inspire, and develop a team to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Drive all aspects of the assigned product category including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning.
• Provide initial and ongoing training on product knowledge and service delivery.
• Partner with Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to align assortment and business strategy.
• Represent the brand in the market and develop the client base through events and local partnerships.
