Qualifications include 7+ years in related roles, a preferred Bachelor's degree, and the ability to lift 15 lbs. Flexibility for late nights, weekends, and some holidays is required.

• Lead with agility, measure KPIs, and implement improvements.
• Provide training on CHANEL savoir faire, product details, and service delivery.
