Qualifications

• Ability to lift 15 lbs and maintain a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and mentor sales team through regular floor presence.
• Own and drive all aspects of the assigned product category.
• Partner with boutique leadership and Home Office buyers to align inventory and merchandising.
• Lead category initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.
• Represent the brand by developing client relationships.
