Brobston Group is seeking a Boutique Operations Associate to support inventory control and store profitability in our Costa Mesa boutique. You will handle stock receipt, cycle counts, and organize stockroom and sales-floor inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, inter-store transfers, end-of-season returns, and keeping the team informed with inventory updates. Strong customer service and detail-oriented multitasker will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

The Boutique Operations Associate maintains boutique operations and supports profitability by receiving, handling, and managing merchandise inventory in an organized and timely manner. This role helps ensure accurate stock records, efficient stockroom operations, and compliance with boutique processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock accuracy, organize cycle counts, and keep stockroom and sales-floor inventory well organized.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, manage inter-store transfers and shipment documents, and organize end-of-season returns.
• Support stock requests, store supply orders, courier bookings, and boutique operating procedures.
• Share inventory updates and operational information with the team, finance, and other stores.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or high-end luxury product experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build effective customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and regularly lift boxes weighing up to 20 pounds.
