Job summary

The House of Creed in Short Hills, NJ seeks an Operational Lead to guide store operations, merchandising, and customer experience for the Creed brand. You will manage stock, events, and inventory while partnering with the Retail Operations team to ensure flawless store execution.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in luxury retail with strong communication, organization, and IT capabilities, and the ability to lift up to 25lbs in a dynamic boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant retail sales and customer experience; fragrance/beauty/luxury goods preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with interpersonal strengths.
• Attention to detail, event planning and organizational abilities to support business needs.
• Good technical computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools and systems.
• Flexible and able to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment.
• Physical ability to move in store and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage returns, damages, and testers returns.
• Organize and upkeep of stockroom and stock placement within the boutique.
• Properly merchandise and implement visual directives, including window installations.
• Partner with Retail Operations for all work orders.
• Order office and collateral supplies.
• Lead physical inventory.
• Update and maintain boutique IT with support from Retail Operations and IT.
• Manage all customer shipments - outbound and returns.
• Champion and drive Customer Experience (CX) while setting a CX standard.
• Drive retail sales plan at store level and support ICP brands in sales goals.
• Achieve personal sales goals by developing relationships across the store for ICP brands.
• Support presell launches and events in stores in collaboration with ICP Managers.
• Drive sales by engaging customers and building brand awareness.
• Be accountable for event presell, goals and setup.
• Communicate/escalate store, counter, product concerns to ICP Manager.
• Responsible for opening and closing of boutique.
