Job summary

Richemont Americas, Montblanc Woodbury, seeks an Operations Associate to maintain boutique operations and support inventory management, deliveries, and stock room organization to drive profitability.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will handle stock counts, reception of deliveries, transfers, and administrative tasks while upholding Richemont standards of service, entrepreneurship, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewellery or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Maintains stock accuracy and organizes weekly/monthly cycle counts.
• Organizes stockroom and floor stock; ensures impeccable state at all times.
• Receives deliveries from central warehouse and checks on reception.
• Manages stock transfers between stores and stock for commercial activities.
• Organizes end of season returns.
• Join morning briefings and communicate daily deliveries and stock updates.
