Job summary

Fourth Floor, a luxury fragrance brand, is seeking a Boutique Manager to lead our first U.S. retail location in NoLita, New York. You will guide the store team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This role requires 3+ years in retail management, perfume experience, and a polished, client-focused leadership style. You will hire, train, and coach staff, develop client relationships, and coordinate launches and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, perfume experience required.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong understanding of retail sales and performance metrics.
• Organized, hands-on, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering a strong in-store experience.
• Experience with boutique openings, launches, or new retail initiatives is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and peak business periods.

Full Time On Site in NoLita. Weekend availability required.

Salary

$75,000-$85,000 + monthly bonus
