Responsibilities include hosting clients, identifying sales opportunities, leveraging personal networks, and maintaining meticulous CRM activity to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• 3 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM technology for clientelling.
• Collaborative team player.
• Excellent communicator with ability to cultivate strong networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer experience when hosting clients.
• Achieve and exceed turnover targets through sales of watches and related services.
• Identify and create sales opportunities within and outside boutique leveraging networks.
• Maintain CRM records and cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
• Deliver exceptional client service to differentiate the boutique from competitors.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth boutique operations and presentation.
