Geneva, Illinois boutique luxury hotel seeks an experienced General Manager to lead operations across front office, F&B, events and spa, reporting to ownership in a standalone property near Chicago.

Relocation available for the right candidate. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $175,000 plus a 20% annual bonus, PTO and 401(k). The GM will drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional guest service and property presentation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven GM or senior hospitality leadership experience in boutique/luxury hotels.
• Strong commercial acumen in sales and revenue generation.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Hands-on leadership with department heads and frontline teams.
• Ability to work with ownership in an independent operation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all hotel operations including front office, F&B, events and spa.
• Lead, develop and motivate department heads and hotel team.
• Drive revenue through sales strategies and revenue management.
• Build relationships with local businesses for bookings and repeat business.
• Maximise occupancy, ADR and overall revenue.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and departmental expenses.
• Monitor KPIs and implement profitability initiatives.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and property presentation.
• Oversee sales and marketing to strengthen market position.
• Collaborate with ownership on strategic priorities and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations and safety standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability and service excellence.
