Responsibilities

• Business Strategy Development: Stays current with industry trends and translates Renaissance brand strategy into executable property plans.
• Business Strategy Execution: Drives delivery of business plans, aligns teams, and tests new ideas to improve guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Sales and Marketing: Collaborates with Sales and Marketing to generate revenue and optimize demand engines for the property.
• Talent Management and Organizational Capability: Builds an Executive Committee, coaches leaders, and develops succession plans for future openings.
• Brand Champion: Advocates the Renaissance brand, communicates goals to stakeholders, and models exceptional leadership and service.
