• Lead the team to sell clothes and deliver world-class client experiences.
• Create optimal balance of sales and service by placing the right people at the right time.
• Own or elevate details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Manage day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives and career development.
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead day-to-day department functions in line with corporate objectives.
