In this role you’ll steward brand standards, nurture loyalty with clients, and work cross-functionally to support store objectives, while empowering the team’s growth and career paths.

• Lead the team to sell clothes and deliver world‑class client experiences.
• Create an optimal balance of sales and service with the right people in the right place.
• Own or elevate the details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Manage day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives and career development.
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead day-to-day department operations while fostering employee growth.
