Aritzia is seeking a Boutique Lead to drive sales, deliver world-class client experiences, and build loyal relationships within our Santa Clara store. You will balance staffing, client service, and team development while upholding our Everyday Luxury standards.

• To seamlessly own or elevate the invisible details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations that enable an exceptional shopping experience.
• To manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of the business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
