Aritzia in Atlanta is seeking a Boutique Lead to guide the retail team in selling apparel and delivering world‑class client experiences. You will ensure the right staffing levels and roles to maximize sales and service quality, while upholding brand standards and operational excellence.

• Manage day‑to‑day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives and career development.
