Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting, project management, or related experience.
• Staffing agency and/or business development experience is a plus.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior professional judgement and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for direct hire, temp-to-hire, and temporary placements.
• Screen/interview candidates and assess candidacy for various client needs.
• Identify new clients and develop and foster strong relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with team on various business development and recruiting initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with the team on a broad range of openings.
• Write and post advertisements and other online marketing content.
