Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. in Dallas is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the boutique, delivering a seamless client experience. You will process stock, record transactions, and organize inventory according to CHANEL standards, while supporting outbound shipments.

You will collaborate with the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager, thrive in a team, and uphold exceptional service, accuracy, and attention to detail in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to move heavy items - up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In-store presence to facilitate opening/closing, receiving inventory, shipping of product.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record into system.
• Organize and maintain stock in line with CHANEL expectations.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
• With direction of Inventory Supervisor and Ops Lead, execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory.
• Collaborate with Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager; build strong team relationships.
