Job summary

CHANEL Beverly Hills is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to ensure smooth goods flow, receive stock, and record in the system, supporting a seamless client experience. You will supervise teammates, train staff, and align stock handling with CHANEL standards, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience and a high school diploma, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work a flexible schedule including late nights and weekends to support boutique

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to move heavy items up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the CHANEL client experience.
• Supervise team members, ensuring proper training and compliance.
• Process incoming stock and record into the system.
• Organize and maintain stock in line with CHANEL expectations.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
• Assist with stock cycle counts and annual inventory.
