Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. in Beverly Hills is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to ensure the smooth flow of goods in and out of the boutique, enabling a seamless client experience. The role requires hands-on leadership, stock handling, and adherence to CHANEL standards.

You will lead a diverse team, manage stock processing, and coordinate outbound shipments, reporting to the Operations Manager. Experience in retail inventory and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to move heavy items up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• In-store presence required to facilitate opening/closing of the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Uphold operational standards and processes to deliver the CHANEL client experience.
• Supervise team members, ensuring training and compliance.
• Process received stock and record into system.
• Organize and maintain stock in line with CHANEL standards.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
• Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory.
• Build positive team relationships throughout the boutique.
