Job summary

Kessler Hotels seeks a Restaurant Server to provide attentive, friendly service to guests, taking orders, delivering meals, and handling payments with accuracy. You will be familiar with menus, upsell thoughtfully, and work to ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced dining environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to carry trays, and effective communication with guests and staff. A flexible schedule and hotel dining experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.
• Must be able to maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages.
• Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.

Responsibilities

• Know the menus and daily specials in applicable outlets.
• Service guests with all food and beverage needs.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and side-work duties.
