Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Flexible hours and ability to work long shifts.
• Effective communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Receive and deliver guest orders and collect payment.
• Be familiar with the organization of the Restaurant(s), lounges, and Room Service.
• Have thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in applicable outlets.
• Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in a courteous manner.
• Cashiering: close checks and prepare end of shift paperwork.
• Open and close procedures and side-work duties as scheduled.
• Maintain tables and stations, keep beverages full, and upsell items.
