Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to guests in an attentive, courteous manner.
• Receive and deliver guest orders and process payments.
• Be familiar with restaurant and room service outlets, menus, and specials.
• Assist with upselling food, beverages and promotional items.
• Maintain clean, stocked dining and service areas throughout shifts.
• Operate POS system and handle end-of-shift paperwork.
• Adhere to hotel standards, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional appearance and cordial interaction with guests and team.
